Evoke Partners Launched by Geoff Kasselman, Ra’eesa Motala
Geoff Kasselman and Ra’eesa Motala are launching Evoke Partners, a new platform of companies at the intersection of commercial real estate, energy, and digital disruption.
The company starts with an active base of clients, development projects underway across the country, and investment positions in PropTech firms. Evoke Partners is based in Chicago, with a Minneapolis office and more locations to follow.
Ra’eesa Motala, SIOR, is the firm’s President and has a national footprint in commercial real estate. Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP will serve as CEO and is an industry veteran and thought leader with decades of national large-scale experience as a broker, advisor and developer.
Evoke Partners has been established to help “future-proof” its clients and deliver exponential, innovation-driven solutions. “We’re leveraging our fundamental understanding of these dynamics and their profound implications to create custom solutions that position our clients, and ourselves, for long-term real estate and energy success,” Kasselman said.
