LSC Inks Full-Floor Lease at Int’l Square
Tishman Speyer has signed a 37,700-square-foot lease with the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) at International Square, a recently renovated office tower in Washington, D.C. LSC, a nonprofit that offers financial support for civil legal aid to low-income Americans, will occupy the entire eighth floor starting in November 2024 under the 15.5-year lease.
The extensive renovation at International Square included a revamped lobby and a food market known as The Square, featuring 15 food stalls and a Spanish restaurant. Additionally, a new 7,000-square-foot fitness center, conference center with multiple meeting rooms, and various amenities were added to the complex.
Tishman Speyer was represented in-house. Legal Services Corporation was represented by Sherry Cushman and Greg Culver of Cushman & Wakefield.
