Atlanta Investor Group Pitches 350-Acre Project Off I-20

Grind Capital Group is looking at a small town to build a large industrial project. Grind has approached the City of Greensboro, Georgia to build a $200 million advanced manufacturing campus. The company is looking at 350 acres just off I-20, about an hour outside Atlanta.

The Greensboro project would span five buildings and a total of 2.6 million square feet. The company is going through the rezoning process with the town of 3,500 residents.

The Atlanta Business Journal reports a study earlier this year ranked I-20 as one of the most affordable high-tech corridors in the country. It’s already lured mega projects such as Rivian’s $5 billion EV plant and Meta Platform Inc.’s data center campus, both in Social Circle.
