UK Fintech Revolut to Open New HQ in FiDi

Revolut, a UK fintech firm valued at approximately $33 billion, is relocating and expanding to new headquarters at 107 Greenwich Street, part of the 76 Trinity Place development in Lower Manhattan.

Revolut will occupy a 10,108-square-foot headquarters space on the entire 20th floor of 107 Greenwich Street, fully furnished and ready for use. The 76 Trinity Place development was completed in 2022 and is part of Trinity Church Wall Street’s community commitment. The first five floors, known as Trinity Commons, serve as a community resource, and the office component comprises the 14th to 26th floors.

A JLL agency team, led by John Wheeler, Andrew Coe, and Margaux Kelleher oversees leasing at 107 Greenwich on behalf of Trinity. Revolut was represented by JLL’s Val Stobetsky, Calum Waddell, Will McGarry, and Hale King.
