Lee & Associates Negotiates Third Regional Lease for Bullfrog Spas

Lee & Associates negotiated a 10,200-square-foot lease for regional retail space located at Randall Square Shopping Center in Geneva, Illinois. The tenant, Bullfrog International, a designer and manufacturer of high-end hot tubs, continues to expand its portfolio in the Chicagoland market with its third expansion in the last few months.

Bullfrog was represented by Lee & Associates brokers Rick Scardino, Principal, Michael Petrik, Associate of Lee & Associates of Illinois, and Sean Bishop, Principal of Lee & Associates Arizona. The landlord, In Retail Fund Randall Square LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Branden Reedy and Jimmy Danaher.

“This is an important corridor for Bullfrog Spas to have a presence in, and this will complement the Vernon Hills and Gurnee locations that were secured in the past few months. Additional expansions will be planned after these three units open and stabilize,” said Scardino.
