Goldman Sachs Breaks Ground on $500M Dallas Campus

Goldman Sachs, along with Hunt Realty Investments and Hillwood Urban broke ground on its Dallas Campus at NorthEnd. The 800,000 square foot building located at 2323 North Field Street will be composed of two wings, with the tallest being 14 floors. Located on three acres on the southeast corner of the broader NorthEnd Development, the campus will sit alongside a 1.5-acre urban park.

The building is designed by Henning Larsen Architects in New York. The building owner is Hunt Realty, and the project developer is Hillwood Urban. The City of Dallas came up with $18 million in incentives to build its regional headquarters in Dallas.

With the new building, Goldman Sachs will have the capacity to house more than 5,000 people.

Building construction is expected to be completed in late 2027.
