SL Green President Andrew Mathias Stepping Down 

Andrew Mathias, president of SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan’s largest office landlord, will be stepping down from his role at the end of his current employment agreement on December 31, 2023.  

Mathias, who joined SL Green in 1999 as a Vice President, played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. He will continue to serve as a member of the company’s Board of Directors and provide advisory support to the CEO.  

Under Mathias’s leadership, SL Green became a leading real estate investment trust and New York City’s largest commercial office landlord. His contributions to the company have been significant, and he will remain involved in a different capacity while supporting the next generation of leaders at SL Green.
