Walker & Dunlop Arranges $40M Financing on Fullerton Retail

Walker & Dunloparranged $39.9 million in financing to replace the existing debt for Orangefair Marketplace, a 244,000-square-foot regional retail center in Fullerton, CA.

The W&D California Capital Markets team led by Riley Manke and Andrew Westling arranged the financing for client Columbus Pacific Properties and identified the lender, Morgan Stanley. Since its inception in 1995, Columbus Pacific has purchased, developed and redeveloped over five million square feet of retail and several thousand multifamily/student housing units.

With convenient access to the 91 Freeway and service from three major arterials (Harbor Boulevard, Lemon Street and Orangethorpe), Orangefair Marketplace draws consumer demand from the entire region.
