25K-SF Leases Added at 1180 Avenue of the Americas 

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated several long-term leases totaling 25,000 square feet at 1180 Avenue of the Americas, a boutique office building in Midtown Manhattan.  

The leases include a 4,500-square-foot lease on the 19th floor for law firm Clark Hill, a 10,000-square-foot lease on the 22nd floor for consulting firm Compensation Advisory Partners, and another 10,000-square-foot lease on the 21st floor for financial firm Advantage Capital Holdings, LLC.  

The building recently underwent capital improvements, including a renovated entrance and lobby, a penthouse amenity with an outdoor terrace and interior space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Bryan Boisi, Michael Baraldi, Harry Blair and Mark Boisi represented the landlord, Northwood Investors, in the transactions.
