Regus Renews Office Lease at 14 Wall Street

Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, has renewed a 37,031-square-foot office lease at 14 Wall Street in Fidi. The firm will continue to occupy the entire 20th floor of the historic office tower.

The CBRE team led by Bradley Gerla, Jon Cope, Mike Rizzo and Masha Dudelzak led the marketing efforts for the 1.1 million-square-foot downtown office tower and represented the ownership, ROZA 14W LLC, in the lease negotiations. The asking rent was $50 per square foot.

“Given the property’s historical significance as well as ownership’s commitment to tenant service and providing the highest-quality space in the Financial District, 14 Wall Street is one of the neighborhood’s most sought-after business addresses,” said Gerla.
