RE Development Solutions Breaks Ground on Aurora Retail, Office Complex

Developer RE Development Solutions broke ground on two buildings in Randall Square, a retail and office complex in North Aurora, Illinois. The buildings are part of the 15-acre development in the Randall Road corridor with several residential and retail developments nearby.

The 7,800-square-foot retail building will be anchored by Dunkin Donuts and offers four additional units of retail or restaurant space.

The developer is also building a spec space on the adjoining lot, which has 8,000 square feet of divisible general office, medical, dental office or lab space, as well as flexible units. The space is currently being marketed for lease by JBS Commercial Real Estate.

The new Retail and Office buildings were designed by the team at RACER/MRSA and are being built by The Way Maker Group. Construction on the two new projects is scheduled for completion by early 2024.
