Law Firm Expands Lease at 605 Third Avenue 

Fisher Brothers has finalized a 15-year lease expansion with Katsky Korins LLP, a New York law firm, in Midtown. The firm is expanding its existing 20,000-square-foot space to occupy 30,000 square feet on the 16th and 17th floors at 605 Third Avenue.  

“Katsky Korins is our longest-standing tenant at 605 Third Avenue, and we are proud to continue to support their growth,” said Ken Fisher, partner at Fisher Brothers. “For more than a century, Fisher Brothers has been creating and maintaining innovative spaces that keep up with the ever-changing landscape, allowing us to support lasting tenant relationships and retain the business of top companies and firms in New York City.”  

Fisher Brothers and its amenity management affiliate, Ease Hospitality, opened an amenity center and events location at 605 Third Avenue last year, offering communal meeting and conferencing space, a lounge, outdoor terraces, and more.
