JLL Value and Risk Advisory Adds Bart Sobieralski
JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has hired Bart Sobieralski as a vice president in the firm’s New York office. Sobieralski will focus on business development, particularly for the Environment & Property Condition (EPC) group.
Sobieralski brings nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having worked as a regional vice president at Bureau Veritas since 2015. In this role, he created and established new markets for the company and drove continued growth in existing markets and product offerings.
The EPC service offers Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and Phase II Oversight Management, along with Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Reports, Seismic Studies, ALTA Surveys, and Green Evaluations.
