Fabuwood Cabinetry Inks 197K SF at Linden Logistics Center  

Fabuwood Cabinetry has leased 197,072 square feet of space at 300 Linden Logistics Way in the Linden Logistics Center industrial park in Linden, New Jersey.  

The industrial park is a partnership between Advance Realty Investors, Greek Real Estate Partners, and PGIM Real Estate and features a total of 4.1 million square feet of space.  

CBRE serves as the exclusive leasing agent for the property, and the available space includes 100 Linden Logistics Way with 332,635 square feet, 200 Linden Logistics Way with 516,600 square feet, and the remaining space at 300 Linden Logistics Way with 275,538 square feet.
