Ceruzzi Properties Sells Stop & Shop at Somers 

Ceruzzi Properties has sold the Stop & Shop at Somers Commons in Somers, NY to an unidentified institutional investor. The sale price was not disclosed.  

The 68,842-square-foot Stop & Shop at Somers Commons is net leased to Stop & Shop and guaranteed by Ahold with no landlord maintenance responsibilities.  

Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s National Retail Partners represented the seller and procured the buyer.
