Grosvenor Promotes Jonathan Carr to MD of Development

Grosvenor, a privately held property owner and developer, has promoted Jonathan Carr to the position of managing director of development. In this role, Carr will oversee the company’s development teams in Washington, D.C., and San Francisco, as well as serve as the point person for capital partners in the U.S.

Carr has a track record of successful project management, including the delivery of various residential and mixed-use projects in the D.C. region. Grosvenor is actively pursuing a $4.7 billion development pipeline across its markets in North America.

“The managing director position was created in response to the significant growth of our development program, and Jon’s experience, strategic thinking and management expertise make him the right fit for this critical new role,” said James Patillo, Chief Development Officer for Grosvenor’s North American property business,
