House of Gainz Finds NE Austin Location

There are a lot of gyms around, there aren’t many that require 41,000 square feet. After a lot of digging, Transwestern’s Bryan McMurrey found one for House of Gainz, “Finding vacant or available big-box spaces in Austin, especially in the Tech Ridge trade area, is extremely challenging,” said McMurrey. The location is at a retail facility at 235 Canyon Ridge Drive in the Northeast submarket. This is the largest lease in the submarket year to date, according to Transwestern research.

Upon its opening in November 2023, the Class A location will offer boxing, HIIT and boot camp classes, a wide range of fitness equipment and weights, posing room, a cold plunge, a sauna and a wellness center. This will be the second location for House of Gainz in the Greater Austin area. The fitness facility was established in 2016 in Georgetown, Texas.
