Bubble Skincare Inks First Office in Hudson Square

Bubble Skincare, a viral beauty brand, is opening its first office in Hudson Square at 60 Charlton Street, a newly developed boutique office building.

Bubble Skincare, founded by Shai Eisenman in 2020, is known for its science-based approach to affordable skincare and is available in thousands of retail locations across the United States. The company will occupy 3,402 square feet of office space on the 5th floor of the building.

Located between Disney’s office campus and Google’s new headquarters, 60 Charlton Street underwent a multi-million-dollar redevelopment, offering amenities like a lobby, bike room, shower area, and an outdoor roof deck. JLL’s Mitchell Konsker, Benjamin Bass, Kristen Morgan and Carlee Palmer exclusively represent the 60 Charlton ownership group. Bubble Skincare was represented by JLL’s Harrison Potter and Lance Yasinsky.
