Stockdale Unveils West LA Medical Office/Life Sciences Project

Los Angeles-based Stockdale Capital Partners unveiled a new medical office and life sciences development in West L.A.’s Golden Triangle. The 145,000-square-foot project, 656 S. Vicente Blvd., will be located at the intersection of San Vicente and Wilshire boulevards and will be the first new medical and life sciences building constructed in the area in more than 20 years.

“Our new 656 S. San Vicente Blvd. project is specifically designed to accommodate the advanced technology and equipment necessary to perform cutting-edge procedures in an outpatient setting, and this highly specialized environment is not easily replicated in the older building stock of the West Los Angeles office markets,” said Andrew Saba, managing director of Stockdale Capital Partners.

The anticipated core-and-shell completion date for the project is October 2026. CBRE’s Angie Weber and Dana Nialis will manage all leasing offerings associated with the project.
