Ft. Myers land with tenant Top Golf sells for $34M

Fort Myers Top Golf Property Sells for $38M

A 14-acre Fort Myers parcel was sold for $38 million. The Florida Business Observer reports the land, directly off of Interstate 75 in Fort Myers, was sold for just shy of $6 million more than what it sold for 18 months ago. The seller, Sideways Properties, paid $32.3 million for the property in March 2022.

The property’s current tenant, Dallas-based Topgolf, operates a 48,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex on the site. It currently has an 18-year lease.

Win Chevrolet Properties was the buyer. SVN Commercial Advisors, a Sarasota commercial real estate firm, represented Win Chevrolet.
