Brooklyn Kings Plaza Continues Transformation 

Macerich is celebrating the success of its revitalized former Sears space at Kings Plaza, Brooklyn’s only enclosed mall. The newly opened stores, including a three-level Target and established brands like Primark, Zara, and Burlington, are anticipated to generate nearly eight times the annual sales Sears once did. 

“The tremendous success of the new Target, along with the performance of Primark, Zara, and Burlington, underscores the power of Kings Plaza,” said Eric Bunyan, senior VP of leasing, East Region. 

Renovations include enhancing the customer experience with improved parking facilities and upgraded second-level amenities.
