F1 Entertainment Concept Coming to DC

London-based F1 Arcade is bringing its adult arcade-centered eatertainment concept, featuring Formula 1 racing simulators, to Northeast D.C. Reported by Washington Business Journal

The company has signed a lease for approximately 17,500 square feet at 440 Penn St. NE, part of The MO, a multifamily building in the Union Market District developed by Edens. Guests will have the opportunity to test their driving skills and compete against others at the facility, which is expected to accommodate around 550 people.

The Union Market location, featuring full-motion simulators, large viewing screens, food, and drinks, is set to open in the summer of 2024, with a $14 million investment in its build-out. F1 Arcade’s first U.S. location is scheduled to open in Boston Seaport in March.
