12K-SF New Leases Signed at 90 Broad Street
Princeton International Properties has added new five-year leases totaling over 11,000 square feet to 90 Broad Street. FHI Studio will occupy 4,977 square feet on the 11th floor, Student Sponsor Partners has leased 4,463 square feet on the 4th floor, and Then and Now Windows has committed to 2,195 square feet on the 17th floor.
90 Broad Street is a 25-story, 417,068-square-foot office building located in the Financial District, home to several tenants, including Select Office Suites and Sher Tremonte LLP.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Aron Schreier, Mac Mombello and Max Mond represented the landlord in the leases. Sheena Gohil, Jack Senske and Marissa Fleischhacker of Colliers represented FHI Studio. Dan Appel, Hal Stein and Jason Greenstein of Newmark represented Student Sponsor Partners. Then and Now Windows was represented in-house.
