Matthews Lists Family-Owned Visalia Shopping Center
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services listed Mary’s Vineyard shopping center located at 1305-1699 E. Noble Ave. in Visalia. The 162,985 square-foot property is listed by associate Carter Hamilton and senior director Matt LoPiccolo.
Mary’s Vineyard currently has 86% occupancy, featuring several anchor tenants, including Save Mart Supermarket, Starbucks, McDonald’s and CVS Pharmacy. Current ownership has owned the land since 1920, since it was the family’s original homestead.
The center was developed in 1989 and has been run as a family business since then. The owners decided to sell and capitalize on growing investor interest.
“Visalia is a rapidly growing market with new developments bringing large workforces to the area,” LoPiccolo said. “Retail has held strong against the volatile interest rates and in markets like Visalia, we are seeing healthy, competitive transaction activity.”
