Cantor Fitzgerald, Silverstein Form JV for Chesterfield MF Development
Cantor Fitzgerald and Silverstein Properties, in collaboration with Collins Capital Partners and Kaufman Jacobs, are jointly developing The James at Springline, a mixed-use project featuring 298 rental units and 28,000 square feet of retail space in Chesterfield County, Virginia.
The project is part of a master-planned development called Springline at District 60, which aims to transform a former shopping center into a 42-acre mixed-use urban village.
The development will include green spaces, walking and biking trails, and structured parking. Construction financing of $53.6 million has been secured from Truist Bank for the project’s first phase, which will commence construction soon.
