Cushman & Wakefield Advises Sale of 150-Acre Industrial Development Site

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of a 150-acre industrial land development site in Longview, Washington, near the Port of Longview, located on the Interstate 5 corridor about an hour north of Portland and two hours south of Seattle.

The buyer was Cascade Civil Development, an Oregon-based civil construction company specializing in habitat restoration, structural concrete, grading, and construction management services. The seller was Weyerhaeuser. Cushman & Wakefield’s Aaron Watt, Keegan Clay and Michael Flynn represented both buyer and seller in the transaction. Cascade Civil Development also retained the trio to handle leasing and disposition services for the planned future development.

The buyer has all permits in place for mass grading to bring the site to shovel-ready condition. The property has the capability to deliver nearly two million square feet of new industrial product. The site is rail-served with high-capacity utility infrastructure and is proximate to Portland International Airport.
