Lee & Associates Acts as Sole Broker in Full-Building Industrial Lease

Lee & Associates closed a new long-term lease transaction for an 87,703-square-foot industrial building located at 1723-1757 Marshall Drive in Des Plaines, Illinois.  

Rick Anesi, Senior Vice President at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Advanced Plastic Corp, a custom plastic extrusion company. Jeff Janda, SIOR, Principal; John Cassidy, SIOR, Principal; and Brad Simousek, Senior Vice President, also with Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the owner, DRA Advisors.  

“Advanced Plastics chose this site due to its size and location,” Anesi said. “The way the building is configured allows them flexibility for manufacturing, inventory and distribution. They also liked the fact that they will be the sole tenant.” Established in 1979, Lee & Associates is an international firm with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada offering commercial real estate brokerage, integrated services, and construction services.
