S. Tucson Site for Rare New Apartment Complex

Cabana Bridges will bring 288, much-needed apartments to South Tucson, a mile square village just outside Tucson. South Tucson has not seen the introduction of a newly built rental community in several years. Located at 1102 E 36th St, Cabana Bridges offers apartments for those seeking an affordable price point. All units are available for move-in by the end of November.

Units start at $1,099. “Cabana Bridges may be a budget-conscious community, but no sacrifices have been made when it comes to quality. Cabana Bridges provides all the comforts and conveniences of modern living in a desirable location,” said Amity Dalton, from MEB Management Services, the group managing the project. Greenlight Communities was the builder.

Located at 1102 E 36th St, Cabana Bridges will have amenities such as a 24/7 fitness center, outdoor fitness circuit, yoga yard, boutique swimming pool, modern clubhouse, shared spaces, a community garden, and EV charging stations. 

Cabana Bridges is a few miles from the University of Arizona.
