N. Dallas Shopping Center Receiving $10M Add-On
A major addition is planned for a landmark 40-year-old Addison shopping center. Located on Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Rd., the 32-acre Village on the Parkway is a 343,000-square-foot shopping complex with eight buildings anchored by Whole Foods Market and AMC Theater. The center recently signed on the Puttshack as a tenant.
The $10 million expansion includes a 45,600-square-foot, three-story retail and office building that will begin construction in December.
GFF designs the new building. VOP Partners LLC purchased the retail center in 2021.
