Roers Companies Scoping Austin-Bergstrom Int for Apartment Project
Roers Companies is considering building 371 apartments just south of the Austin airport. The planned development will be known as Wixby House and will rise on eight undeveloped acres at 7905 McKinney Falls Pkwy. Construction on the development could kick off in October and be completed by March of 2026. The project is estimated to cost $90 million.
If Roers follows through, the complex will be 339,441 square feet. The room choices are from studio to two-bedroom units with amenities that include:
- Gated and Fenced, Controlled Access Community
- Designer Clubhouse with Billiards Gaming Table
- Children’s Activity Center
- Fitness Center appointed with cardio and strength training equipment
- Pool
