Urban Property Group secured a lease for the second location of Pannikin Coffee & Tea as it expands from San Diego to Oceanside

Pannikin Coffee & Tea Expands from San Diego to Oceanside

Urban Property Group (UPG) secured the lease of Pannikin Coffee & Tea at 322 N. Cleveland St. in Oceanside. Situated in the historic Bunker House, the café will occupy the ground floor of about 2,000 square feet and the adjacent outdoor patio.

Owners of the property tapped UPG to facilitate the lease of the former Bunker House Cafe, located in one of the first brick buildings in Oceanside and one of three circa-1880s brick buildings that are still standing. Pannikin Coffee & Tea has served San Diegans since 1968 at the original Pannikin Leucadia, also located in a historic building.

“Pannikin is a beloved family-owned café with a wonderful community following that aligns perfectly with the vibe of Oceanside,” said UPG principal Serena Patterson. “This was a great opportunity to help a terrific, local company with its expansion plan while occupying a beautiful Oceanside historical building.”

Patterson and UPG’s Amy McNamara represented both the landlord and tenant.
