Dwight Mortgage Trust Provides $23M for Vancouver MF Property

Dwight Mortgage Trust, the affiliate REIT of Dwight Capital, provided a $23.6MM bridge refinance for Prairie Home Apartments, a 120-unit newly constructed apartment community in Vancouver, Washington.

Proceeds from the bridge loan will be used to retire existing construction debt. McBride Capital brokered the transaction for the borrower, RRC Group, LLC. Dwight Mortgage Trust LLC is an actively managed real estate investment trust specializing in the origination and financing of commercial mortgages across a range of real estate asset classes.

Prairie Home is located in the Vancouver neighborhood of Orchards. The property is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment. Built in 2023, the property is comprised of five three-story residential buildings and one clubhouse on over five acres. The community has a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Its amenities include garages, a fitness center, a pool, spa, grill and picnic area, and a dog park.
