Entre Sells 8K-SF Industrial Condo in Woodstock

Entre Commercial Realty completed the sale of an 8,500-square-foot industrial condo located at 1258 N. Rose Farm Road in Woodstock, Illinois. ASAP Plumbing was the buyer.

The seller was Metro Machinery Repair Services, specializing in providing experts in machinery support for all types of metalworking machinery. Kevin Kaplan, CCIM, a broker with Entre Commercial Realty, represented the seller in the transaction and was the sole broker in the deal.

ASAP Plumbing does municipal, residential, and commercial plumbing projects in the area, and this sale will help grow their business and stay in Woodstock. The space features 16’-18’ clear ceilings, four drive-in doors that were all 12’x14’, and triple catch basins.

Entre Commercial Realty LLC is a full-service industrial and commercial real estate firm based in suburban Chicago, Illinois. The firm provides a wide range of real estate services, including brokerage, property management, and construction throughout the metro-Chicago area and nationally.
