BROAD U.S.A. Renews NJ Headquarters 

BROAD U.S.A. renewed its headquarters lease, a 2,851-square-foot space at 401 Hackensack Avenue., Union City, NJ.  

The HVAC contractor will continue to occupy Suite 503 in the 10-story, 167,537-square-foot office property. Additional tenants include Social Security Administration, Prager Metis and Omni Specialty Corporation. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis, Patrick Dean and Christina Magill represented the tenant in the transaction. “This transaction is another example of how Bergen County continues to remain a strong office environment in the midst of changing workplace preferences,” said DeMatteis.
