Boston Life Science Development FORUM Tops Out 

Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge have marked the topping-out of the structural steel framing of FORUM, a $545 million, nine-story, 350,000-square-foot life science development in Boston.  

Located at 60 Guest St. in Boston Landing, the project is set for completion in 2024. FORUM is the first life science development partnership between Lendlease and Ivanhoé Cambridge.  

The building features flexible, 50,000-square-foot floorplates designed to accommodate multiple or single-floor tenants, including laboratory and office space. Public amenities include a community living room, café, art gallery, and more.
