Highline Hospitality Partners Buys Eatontown Hotel 

Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired Homewood Suites Eatontown, a 131-room hotel located in Eatontown, New Jersey., from Jersey Shore Hotel Partners LLC. The price was not disclosed.  

Located at 4 Industrial Way E, the hotel was originally constructed in 2004 and converted from a Staybridge Suites in 2016, the hotel features all-suite accommodations with a fitness center, meeting rooms, an outdoor pool, a grill area, and ample parking. 

The sale was led by Dan Hawkins and Jake Pietras of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality on behalf of the seller.
