LH Charney Inks 27K-SF Office Leases at 1410 Broadway
LH Charney has successfully completed over 27,000 square feet of new office leases at 1410 Broadway in Times Square.
The deals include a 12,350-square-foot expansion with sportswear firm 32o, which will now occupy 37,350 total square feet in the building. Shoe designer Geox has also leased 3,500 square feet on the 14th floor. Current tenants Trend Textile, GOGO, Argee, and LCC Development have also signed new leases at the building.
The renovations and modernization of the lobby, common areas, restrooms, and elevators were part of a strategy to attract modern tenants seeking well-amenitized office spaces. Asking rents at both 1410 and 1441 Broadway range from the low $50s to mid $60s per square foot.
Geox was represented by Ron Lo Russo and Jason Kroeger from Cushman and Wakefield. Ownership was represented by the Colliers team of Rick Doolittle, JP Howard, Michael Joseph and G. Taylor Bell on all transactions.
