Sandmar Properties Sells Edgewood Plaza for $10M 

Sandmar Properties has sold Edgewood Plaza in Edgewood, Maryland, for $10.35 million. The name of the buyer is not identified. 

Edgewood Plaza is a 76,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center featuring tenants like Food Lion and Dollar General. At a 96% occupancy rate, Edgewood Plaza recently underwent capital improvement, including parking lot resurfacing, roof replacement, façade painting, and other upgrades, enhancing its overall appeal. 

The KLNB team, led by Chris Burnham, Andy Stape, and Vito Lupo, alongside Retail Investment Associate Jake Furnary, represented the seller in this transaction.
