The Dallas Business Journal reports, totaled up, the Zarky site is approved for a maximum of 3.5 million square feet of office space, 1 million square feet of retail space, 1,000 hotel rooms and 4,000 multifamily units.

The project is to be built out over several years. The plan calls for a phased approach with check-ins and further approvals necessary as the project progresses.
