JPI building 3rd Grand Prairie rental project

N. Texas Multifamily Leader to Kick Off Third Grand Prairie Project

JPI is North Texas’ most prolific builder of multifamily projects, and the company shows no signs of slowing. The company plans to spend $54 million on a new project in Grand Prairie. Its the company’s third project in the town.

The project, to be called Jefferson Loyd Park, is slated to have 450 units with a construction start date scheduled for later in the year. Partners on the project include the lender, Happy State Bank; architect, Demarest; and civil engineering, Kimley Horn. Delivery is expected in 2026. 

JPI has developed communities throughout North America, across 141 US cities and Canada. Their primary markets are Southern California and the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. JPI’s total count of homes under construction currently stands at over 7,600, with over 6,200 homes under construction in North Texas alone.
