StretchLab, Thai Eatery Coming to Chevy Chase Lake 

Bozzuto and The Chevy Chase Land Company have announced that two additional retailers, StretchLab and Dok Khao Thai Eatery, will be joining the Chevy Chase Lake neighborhood in Maryland.  

StretchLab offers customized assisted stretch sessions in a group setting, promoting flexibility and mobility. Dok Khao Thai Eatery serves Thai cuisine inspired by traditional Bangkok offerings.  

“The combination of sit-down and casual dining options, as well as everyday conveniences, is one of the many reasons why people are so eager to live at Chevy Chase Lake,” said John Ziegenhein, president and CEO of The Chevy Chase Land Company. The Chevy Chase Lake neighborhood includes residential buildings, retail spaces, and amenities like The Town Square, a 27,000-square-foot promenade. Other retailers in the area include Amazon Fresh, The Charmery, Truist Bank, and UnCorked, with more planned openings in the future.
