Melvin Mark Companies Names Peter Andrews COO

Portland-based commercial real estate company Melvin Mark Companies has appointed Peter Andrews as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Andrews will identify and define company strategies, processes, and goals that will continue its growth and best serve clients, partners, and employees in the future.

“Peter has led our brokerage and marketing teams since September 2018,” says Jim Mark, CEO. “His leadership has helped transform our business model, and he has been actively involved in the community for the greater good. Andrews has 20 years of experience at Melvin Mark Companies, delivering commercial real
estate services to his clients while providing leadership to the brokerage and marketing teams.
He coordinates, plans, and assists in a variety of significant endeavors and will continue
his role as Executive Vice President of Brokerage and Principal Broker while managing operations as COO.
