12-Unit Jackson Square Apartments Sold for $5M

A 12-unit apartment property in Boston was sold for $5.35 million. The buyer is an unidentified individual/personal trust. Located at 81 Amory Street, the property is situated in Jackson Square with garage parking spaces and access to the Orange Line.

The seller and buyer were represented by Evan Griffith and Tony Pepdjonovic of Marcus & Millichap. “We are seeing Jackson Square going through significant gentrification, with many parcels in close proximity currently being re-developed,” said Griffith. “Jamaica Plain continues to have some of the strongest rents and lowest vacancy in all of Boston.”
