LLC Snaps Up Urgent Care Center in Indiana

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Fast Pace Urgent Care, a 3,700-square-foot net-leased property located in Shelbyville, IN. The asset sold for $2,400,000.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Jordan Klink, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office

Fast Pace Urgent Care is located at 1778 E State Rd. in Shelbyville. The property was completed in 2022 and is leased for 15 years. The lease includes three five-year renewal options and 10% rental escalations every five years. The building features the new Fast Pace color scheme and prototype.
