Danbury Holiday Inn Sold for $8M 

Holiday Inn Danbury-Bethel, a 112-room hospitality property in Danbury, Connecticut., was sold for $8,270,000. Both buyer and seller are limited liability companies, names were not disclosed. 

Situated at 80 Newtown Rd, near the interchange of the Yankee Expressway and Highway 202, the hotel is surrounded by major national brands like Home Depot, Walmart, Target, and AMC Theatres. 

Jerry Swon of Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of both seller and buyer.
