The Life Properties Nears Completion on $2.7M Capital Improvement
The Life Properties, the property management and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, has advanced on a $2.7 million capital improvement initiative at The Life at Arden Landing.
Arden Landing is a 131-unit multifamily community situated in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upgrades to the community are currently underway, with completion projected for Q4 of 2023.
“We’re thrilled to have enacted the capital improvement program currently ongoing at The Life at Arden Landing, which will deliver key property upgrades and a wide range of sustainable implementations to enhance both the living experience at the community and its longevity,” said Jamin Harkness, President of The Life Properties.
Upgrades at The Life at Arden Landing include interior renovations, window replacements, new exterior paint and repairs to the property’s exterior façade, sidewalk and parking lot upgrades and restriping, improvements to the children’s playground, a complete replacement of the community’s gutter system, and security camera system enhancements.
