Urban Edge Properties Lands $38M Refi for Bronx Retail Center  

Urban Edge Properties has secured a $38 million refinancing loan for The Shops at Bruckner Retail Center in the Bronx. The financing was provided by Apollo.  

The Class A retail center, located at 1906 Story Avenue, spans 112,720 square feet and boasts full occupancy with tenants like Aldi, AutoZone, and Marshalls. 

Newmark arranged the financing with a team led by Chris Kramer.
