IDI Logistics Names New Chief Strategy Officer and Region EVP

IDI Logistics has promoted Matt Breaux to Chief Strategy Officer and East Region Executive Vice President. Based in Atlanta, Breaux will lead disposition strategy, drive portfolio optimization, identify new markets, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Breaux will continue overseeing all markets along the eastern seaboard and the southeast.

“In two short years, Matt has proven himself to be an indispensable part of the IDI Logistics team. His track record of success, in-depth knowledge of industrial markets, and strong broker and tenant relationships has increased the company’s presence in the eastern region of the U.S. and significantly increased the returns of the company,” said IDI Logistics CEO Mark Saturno. “I look forward to continued successes with Matt in his expanded role.”

Breaux was previously Senior VP, Market Officer at Black Creek Group, and President at Hibernia Capital. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rhodes College.
