New Orchard Workspace by JLL Opens in National Landing 

JLL has announced the opening of Orchard Workspace by JLL, a flexible office and coworking space spanning 39,000 square feet in Arlington, Virginia. The space is owned by JBG SMITH and operated by JLL Property Management’s Flex team.  

Located at 2451 Crystal Drive, the facility offers flexible workspace solutions, including team suites, private offices, coworking access, virtual addresses, and meeting room rentals.  

The space marks the second collaboration between Flex by JLL and JBG, following the launch of Workspace at Reston Town Center. This Arlington location is the third Orchard Workspace by JLL, with existing spaces in Seattle and Brooklyn.
