Legacy Investing Repositions NJ Office Building With C&W as Leasing Agent 

Legacy Investing has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for 77 Corporate Drive, a 210,000-square-foot office building in Bridgewater, New Jersey that has been transformed into a life sciences facility.  

This partnership aims to make an impact in the New Jersey life sciences sector by offering Class A space for tenants. 77 Corporate Drive is one of the first Class A office buildings in New Jersey to be repurposed for life sciences use. A recent lease agreement was signed with a Fortune 500 global life science company, with CBRE representing the landlord and RV3 Solutions representing the tenant.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s Shawn Straka, Todd Elfand, and Charles Parmelli will be the listing agents for 77 Corporate Drive.
